I write to say thank you so much for your prompt attention yesterday, you never expect your stairlift to breakdown on Boxing Day. When I telephoned I really didn't expect a reply for a few days - you answered my call & came to see what you could do - it had to be replaced with a complete new one... I would like to thank you for the wonderful way I have been treated by all of the staff that I have spoken to over the telephone, and the engineer who sorted out the problem with my Kymco scooter. The speed of the repair amazed me because I had never experienced anything like that before. I had been using my previous Company for 20 years without any problems until two years ago when things changed after my wife’s death. Needed to get a stair lift fitted for my mum, preferably whilst I am not at work. Went in about 3 pm Monday, by 4 pm he was at mums house to measure up. By 9.30 am Tuesday he was there fitting the lift, by 10.45 all done. Lovely people to deal with, total confidence in them and the equipment, absolutely no worries about recommending them to anybody.
