Delivery

Please Note: This delivery policy only applies to orders placed through this website.  This delivery policy does not apply to in store purchases.

Standard Courier Delivery 

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 Working Days.

Standard courier delivery costs a flat rate of £4.95.

If you need goods quicker than that please call us on 0116 278 4422 and we may be able organise a Next Day delivery service at an extra cost.

What couriers do you use for your standard courier delivery service?

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Fedex for your delivery depending on the size & weight of the item.

Once your order has been picked & shipped we will inform you which service your parcel have been sent out with and its tracking reference number, if applicable. 

  • If your order is made before 12 Noon on weekdays, it will be shipped on the same day
  • If your order is made after 12 Noon on weekdays or at a weekend, it will be shipped the next working day
  • If your order is made on a Bank holidays, it will be shipped the next working day

Direct Delivery

This item will be delivered direct from the manufacturer to you boxed.  The delivery time is 3-5 Working Days.

Direct delivery costs a flat rate of £15.00.

Missing Parcels & Deliveries

Please be aware that if you request that your item(s) is left in a safe place, we cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from your local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.

  • We strongly advises against deliveries to hotels and third parties. Any deliveries to hotels or third parties are entirely at the risk of the customer.
  • We cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders.
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders once they have been delivered to the address that you have given us.
  • If your product is damaged you MUST advise us on the SAME DAY of delivery/receipt of your goods. After this time we are unable to claim from our carriers.

Delayed Orders

Occasionally we run out of certain products. If you place an order for an item we are currently waiting for we will wait 5 days to see if it's delivered to our warehouse. If not, we will send out the item(s) we do have in stock, with the remaining items going onto back order.

  • Once we receive the stock we will dispatch the missing item(s) with no delivery charge.

Delivery Address

Once your order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect your order once it has been processed. For these reasons, please supply us with a delivery address where you know somebody can sign for your parcel.

  • If nobody is available to sign for your parcel then a card will be left at the address. You can then arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

Damaged on delivery

Occasionally, issues during transit may mean that your product arrives with a few knocks and scrapes. If this happens, we ask that you report it immediately by signing the courier delivery note 'Damaged on Arrival' and informing us on the same day as delivery. Any damaged goods must be retained by the buyer for inspection.
