Maggie May... Easy Elegance

An updated version of our classic Daisy-Mae, Maggie May features a wedge sole making it perfect for casual wear and dressy occasions alike. With a lower cut at the front, it’s ideal if you swell across the top of your foot or down to your toes. For tailor-made comfort that lasts all day, simply adjust the touch-fastening strap. Sumptuously soft leathers and nubucks complete the look.

This shoe is an updated version of our Daisy- Mae style. The upper remains the same, it’s now with a wedge sole, suitable for casual and more dressy occasions. The uppers are lowest cut in the front of all our bar styles making it perfect if you get lots of swelling from your toes upwards. Other bar styles that offer slightly more foot coverage are Paradise, Harriet and Audrey.

Useful tips to keep Maggie May looking great

Protecting leather footwear

Cosyfeet recommend you regularly treat leather footwear with shoe protector to protect it from water and guard against stains. 

Cleaning & caring for leather footwear

Wipe footwear clean with a damp cloth and allow it to dry fully before using a good quality shoe polish or shoe cream in an appropriate colour. Apply with a suitable cloth, rub in until absorbed and then buff up with another cloth. A neutral polish is sensible for all colours. 

If your shoes get wet allow them to dry naturally. Dont put them in the airing cupboard or near a fire or radiator. Stuffing them with newspaper or tissue will help ensure they maintain their shape whilst drying. 

Protecting nubuck footwear

We recommend you regularly treat nubuck footwear with shoe protector to protect it from water and guard against stains.

Cleaning & caring for nubuck footwear

To keep nubuck looking good we recommend using a suede/nubuck brush. A cleaning block is useful for removing any marks.  

If your shoes get wet allow them to dry naturally. Don’t put them in the airing cupboard or near a fire or radiator. Stuffing them with newspaper or tissue will help ensure they maintain their shape whilst drying.
